Ingredients

  • 5 Chunks Pineapple fruit slices or equivalent fresh pineapple juice
  • 1 Slice Lemon
  • 1 Small handful Mint leaves
  • 1 Small Piece Ginger Root
  • 8 Cups Water

Instructions

  • Wash pineapple slices and lemon with lukewarm water.
  • Place the pineapple, lemon or lemon juice, and mint leaves in a large pitcher.
  • Add water and chill before serving.
