The recipe includes:

Strawberries – an excellent source of vitamin C, antioxidants, and dietary fiber. It also promotes eye health and relieves arthritis and heart diseases.

Ingredients:

6 sliced strawberries

2 sliced kiwis

½ gal cold water

 

Directions:

  1. Place all the ingredients in a pitcher.
  2. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours before serving.
  3. Enjoy!

 

Note:

*Discard the fruits after 24-48 hours when they start to taste bitter.

*This recipe is meant to be taken without eating the fruit.
