Pineapple and Lemon Water

Do you want to lose weight just by drinking water? Try out this Pineapple and Lemon Water!

This drink is not only refreshing, but it helps you lose weight and gives you enough energy for your day.

This recipe includes:

Pineapple – an excellent source of vitamin C and vitamin B6. It also boosts the immune system and promotes bone and eye health.

Lemon – helps you lose weight faster and flushes out the toxins in your body.

Mint – promotes digestion and for added flavor!

Ingredients:

  • 5 chunks pineapple
  • 1 sliced lemon
  • A small handful of mint leaves
  • ½ gal of water

Directions:

  1. Wash the pineapple and lemon with lukewarm water.
  2. Place the pineapple, lemon, and mint in a large pitcher.
  3. Add water and chill before serving.

Note: If you want to get more flavor, slightly crush the fruits with a wooden spoon.
