Lemon and Mint Infused Water

If one of your mid-year resolutions is to drink more water, why not do it with the help of healthy infused water?

Forget juice, soda or boring water, this Lemon and Mint Infused Water is what you need! This drink does not contain sugar, artificial color, and artificial flavors.

Drinking lemon water is known for helping you lose weight and giving natural electrolytes to your body. Moreover, it is also an excellent source of Vitamin C and does wonders for your skin. Mint, on the other hand, boosts the ‘lemony’ flavor and gives a cooler and sweeter taste to the water.

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of lemon
  • 1 sprig of mint
  • 6 cups water

Directions:

  1. Combine lemon, mint and water in a large pitcher and refrigerate for at least two hours.
  2. Add ice before serving.

Note: If lemon is not available, you can use lime instead.
