  1. Make an effort to drink the mixture in five minutes or less. Try drinking it in big chugs to make it go down faster. After drinking the salt water, follow it with another one-half to one quart of water.

  1. Hold it in for at least a couple of minutes or for as long as you can! Try ignoring the first stomach rumble until you cannot hold it anymore.
