This Fat Flush Drink contains:

Lime – great remedy for aches and pains.

Green Tea – which is great for losing weight as it helps burn fat easier and better.

Mint – adds sweetness to the drink, no need to use sugar! It also helps with digestion.

Ingredients:

  • 1 sliced lime
  • 1 green tea bag
  • ¼ cup mint leaves
  • 1 glass of water

Directions:

  1. Place the green tea bag in a glass of water.
  2. Let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Prepare lime and mint and place them in the glass.
  4. Cover the glass and take out the tea bag.
  5. Place it again in the refrigerator for another 30 minutes.
